Mr. Philip Morgan has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and property management industry. He started his career as a carpenter’s helper which developed his love of construction. His experience includes new construction and renovations in hospitals, fitness facilities, aquatics centers, transitional housing, student housing and multi-family building renovations. 

 

Mr. Morgan is registered by the City of New York as a Superintendent of Construction and a OSHA Construction trainer who has trained and certified labors, carpenters, electricians, project managers, contractors and architects within the five boroughs. 

 

In addition, Mr. Morgan holds a BS in Architecture and an AS in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from NYC College of Technology. He also studied abroad in Italy, Spain and Japan.

OSHA CONSTRUCTION SAFETY

OSHA 30-hour for Construction is a safety course required for workers employed in the construction industry. This course will cover all types of construction activities and is designed for you to learn to recognize hazards and give employers and employee the tools to implement safe behavior on a work site
